SENIOR LINUX ADMINISTRATOR

The Senior Linux Administrator should have at least 5 years of related experience and is responsible for designing and supporting Telelase’s customer Linux business applications and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a 24/7 always-on distributed Linux virtual machine infrastructure.

2. Manage installation and first level support of Telelase Communications applications that include Enterprise resource planning, Business Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, corporate mail servers and IP-PBXs.

3. Server migration.

4. Pro-active monitoring of server systems.

5. Disaster recovery management and testing.

6. Network device programming and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

1. B.S. Engineering/Computer Sciences or equivalent direct experience.

2. In-depth knowledge of Linux. SLES experience preferred.

3. Background in business applications a strong plus.
